Mom. Host.
Dreamer.
I'm a mom of three beautiful, wild toddlers, wife to my hardest-working partner, and the proud owner of two German shepherds who think they run the place (they might be right).
We live in a fixer-upper, where we're raising chickens, renovating rooms, running an Airbnb, and building a family business — all at the same time. It's a lot. But it's our lot, and I wouldn't trade it for anything.

Our Story
If you had told me five years ago that I'd be running a top-rated STR, renovating a house with three kids under four, raising chickens, and helping my husband launch a business — I would have laughed. But here we are, and honestly? It's the most fulfilling chaos I've ever known.
"We didn't wait until everything was perfect. We started with what we had and figured the rest out along the way."
My husband has been working shift work for years — long hours, opposite schedules, missing bedtimes and many first steps. We knew something had to change. So we started building. First, we started with a short-term rental that quickly became a guest-favorite. Now we are working on building Elite Yard Scoopers, our hopeful family business.
This blog is where I document all of it — the renovation projects, the Airbnb hosting tips, the ups and downs about starting a business, homesteading adventures, and the real, unfiltered truth about trying to do it all with toddlers hanging off your legs.

The Path We're On
Created Red Juniper Retreat
What started as a way to earn extra income became a 5-star, Guest Favorite Airbnb — Top 1% on the platform.
Bought the Fixer-Upper
We took a leap of faith on a house that needed everything. Friends thought we were crazy. We saw potential.
Launched Elite Yard Scoopers
My husband is leaving shift work behind so we can work together, be present for our kids, and build something that's ours.
Empowering Others
This blog exists to show that if we can do it — with three toddlers, two dogs, and a flock of chickens — so can you.
